We currently have a nursing service available staffed by a number of registered nurses (RNs) with plenty of experience who go through our own internal company selection process to ensure they are competent and meet our vigorous standards to provide you the best care possible or experience that you require to fulfil your life.
Accommodation / Tenancy Assistance
Always About Me has a range of accommodation options available for NDIS participants. All our accommodation options are disability friendly and are in convenient locations, which are near parks, shopping centres, public transport, medical facility, etc.
Our accommodations are set up in a way that is comfortable for participants and makes them feel at home while providing them a change in environment.
High Intensity Daily Personal Activities
At Always About Me, we provide High Intensity Support Services to individuals with complex medical needs, ensuring they receive the specialized care required to manage their health and live safely at home or within a supported environment. Our experienced team of professionals delivers comprehensive, high-level care, including tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and nursing services, tailored to each individual’s unique requirements.

Tracheostomy Care
- We offer skilled care for individuals with a tracheostomy, ensuring their airway remains clear and functioning. Our team is trained to manage all aspects of tracheostomy care, including cleaning, suctioning, and monitoring to prevent complications and maintain comfort.
PEG Feeding (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)
- Our support workers and nursing staff are experienced in providing care for individuals requiring PEG feeding. We manage feeding tube maintenance, nutrition delivery, and infection prevention to ensure individuals receive the nutrition they need safely and effectively.

Assistance with Travel and Transport Arrangements
Using the public transport or travelling from one place to another can be a bit challenging for people with disability. Always About Me offers assistance with travel and transport to NDIS participants so that they are able to travel with ease without the support of anyone.
Our team at Always About Me can enable participants to use public transport by showing them the public transport routes, buying and recharging the relevant travel card for public transportation, how to read the bus and train timetables, and the facilities they can use to make their travel easier.
Depending on the NDIS plan, we can also help participants use private transport options like taxis. Apart from these, we have wheelchair accessible vehicles to drive you to and from your appointment or other areas in the community. You can count on our staff to drive you to your destination safely and comfortably.
Assistance with Daily Life Task in a Group or Shared Living Arrangement (SIL)
Assistance With Daily Tasks/Shared Living focuses on developing and enhancing domestic skills that allow clients to live autonomously. It can also be delivered within shared living such as units or host family arrangement.

Household Task's
Clients may require assistance for some of the tasks that they cannot manage. Always About Me has a team of qualified and compassionate support workers who can do your household tasks for you or assist you in performing them. They would require assistance for some of the tasks that they cannot manage. No matter the household task that the participant will need assistance in, our support staff can assist you with it, be it laundry, dishwashing, home cleaning, or cooking. Apart from indoor chores, we also assist participants with tasks like grocery shopping, lawn mowing, gardening, trash removal, etc.
Participation in Community, Social and Civic Activities
These support items enable a participant to engage in community, social and recreational activities. We can assist you in connecting with the community. Support you to the activities you enjoy and learning new skills.

Core – Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation
This support category relates to assisting with or supervising a participant to engage in community, social, recreational or economic activities. These supports can be provided in a range of environments, such as in the community or a centre.
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is a range of housing designed for NDIS participants with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. SDA has accessible features to help residents live more independently and have better access to supports in their home and we provide these services as well
Specialized Positive Behavior Support
Behaviour Support is aimed at helping the support system (carers, services, staff) to identify the function of specific behaviours and to provide a consistent approach to behaviour change in a written Behaviour Support Plan. On the other hand, Therapy is typically provided through regular one on one session with a therapist. Usually, in therapy you don’t receive a behaviour support plan.
We will with your current behaviour support practitioner as required to ensure you receive tailored support.

At Always About Me, we provide Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) services to ensure individuals have a comfortable, secure, and supportive environment while waiting for their long-term housing arrangements to be finalized. Our MTA services are designed to bridge the gap, offering a homelike setting with the care and support needed to live independently and thrive.

Specialized Support Coordination (Level 3)
Level 3 specialist support coordinators work with participants who meet the criteria of complexity, to help remove barriers and to ensure that they can access the appropriate supports. Their role is to reduce complexity in the support environment and to negotiate solutions with a variety of parties to coordinate and implement the participant’s NDIS plan.
Our Level 3 support coordinators will work closely with you to understand your NDIS plan and connect you with the services you need. If you meet the criteria for complexity we’ll review your support arrangements on an ongoing basis, planning in advance for potential crisis situations. Our team is here to support you in achieving your individual goals.
